Lead Supervisor (Relationship Supervision)
£46,093 – £61,187 per annum dependent on skills and experience, plus benefits

We are recruiting for a number of Lead Supervisors to join our clients Relationship Management department. The focus is to develop and apply supervision strategies that ensure the organisation play a key role in preventing harm to their clients and end users. Relationship Supervision plays a key role in identifying any areas of concern at a much earlier stage and they work constructively to resolve problems/issues swiftly.
We are looking for people with a high level of understanding of pensions and or regulation and an ability to apply that knowledge effectively to emerging and often challenging situations as part of the supervision process. You will face a different challenge every day and so will need to be positive and flexible, as well as a credible leader who is open minded, respectful of others, as well as owns and leads interactions with schemes, sponsors or projects.
Experience of working in a financial/banking/regulatory/legal/pensions environment
Knowledge of the commercial landscape and of the pension market and knowledge of the underlying financial arrangements common in the market
Proven track record of managing a casework portfolio (or equivalent)
Proven critical thinking skills and an ability to assess and evaluate data, technical and legal information to reach a decision and make recommendations
Excellent communication skills, evidence of building open dialogues and reporting findings to stakeholders clearly and giving clear, informed and robust recommendations for further action
Experience of negotiating and influencing at a senior level
Experience of robust decision making in complex areas
Experience of working within project management and/or the development and delivery of end to end processes and evaluation of processes/outcomes
