JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an enthusiastic mid-weight digital designer to work full time with our in-house (currently remote) design team. The role is accountable for the delivery of market-leading assets in line with strategic aims, to effectively engage end-users and grow student enrolments for the business.
The Digital Designer must be a creative designer and a digital native, adept at weaving data-led thinking into daily decisions to drive the direction of content. With direct contact with the Marketing Stakeholders, stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence are a must. They must be used to working as part of a busy creative team, as they will be collaborating daily with brand designers, content, and visual content producers. The right candidate will have experience in effective digital design and exemplary front-end coding.
The right applicant will have a proven industry experience, a keen eye for design, excellent creative problem-solving skills, and enjoy the challenge of creating on-brand user interfaces aligned to UX best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* The person will be responsible for Website IU design & building.
* Interpretation of UX data into workable design solutions.
* Page layout wireframes.
* Landing page design & build.
* Updates and amends to HTML & CSS.
EXPERIENCE
* A great eye for design & detail
* Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Data-lead UX design mindset
* Good working knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Eagerness to learn on the job
* Ability to work to a tight deadline.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of JS frameworks such as React
* Sitecore CMS experience
