Our client: A well-established multi-discipline practice with offices across the UK, working on a wide variety of sectors on a range of exciting projects.
The role: Working with the Senior and Associate Building Surveyors to ensure that projects and tasks run smoothly from inception to completion.
Measured Surveys and site inspections
Acting as lead designer
Acting as Contract Administrator/ Employers Agent
Preparation of tender documentation, evaluation and recommendation
Assisting the Senior/ Associate Surveyors with professional matters not limited to but including Party Wall Matters, Acquisition and Condition Surveys and Dilapidations
Preparation of feasibility reportsRequirements
5+ years relevant experience
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
MRICS/MCIOB Qualified/ working towards
