Location: Brighton – Hybrid working model
Package: £26k-£35k, flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Civil Service pension scheme

If you currently work in IT Support and have experience solving 1st and 2nd line issues on a Service Desk looking to work for a great company with great benefits then this is the job for you.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be working alongside the other 5 Service Desk Analysts fixing IT issues from all internal colleagues to ensure the rest of the team can do their job. You will be working in a busy environment managing around 400 tickets per day so you will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.
