Great opportunities for Scrum Masters with a well established client – we are looking for varying levels of experience to manage Agile projects and assist with the 'agile' development of the internal teams. You will be keen on progressing your career as a scrum master in a truly agile environment, embracing: scrum / Lean (six sigma) / SAFe / Kanban philosophies.
You will help the teams deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity – this is a fast paced and dynamic environment. Ideally you will have some practical experience working in a software development / change / delivery / project management role. Familiarity or knowledge across some of the following areas (or equivalents) will be ideal: Agile development techniques and practices e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban and SAFe; LEAN; Problem Solving Techniques.
The roles are currently home based (WFH) – eventually there will be some physical presence required in the offices. RELOCATION packages are available for those who wish to relocate to the South East / East Sussex.
