We are looking for patient and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly and caring team in Brighton. This role will cover supported living as well as some outreach.
We are currently offering both part time and full time contracts for our new service in Brighton. Flexibility is important as support is delivered throughout the day, with shifts spread across morning, afternoons and evenings. You will be required to work over a range of shifts to include weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins. The new Service will be supporting 3 young men with complex behaviour needs plus men and women in our existing outreach services.
You will receive bespoke training for this service, covering a number of specific skills, including autism & positive behaviour support. This service has an aim to provide consistent, positive support to the individual - a positive and patient approach will go a long way!
As a Support Worker, all you`ll need to have is a positive attitude and a desire to improve the quality of lives of those with a learning disability. We will support you through a thorough induction process and with bespoke, service focused, award-winning training and progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
Enhanced DBS is required for each successful candidate. Drivers are preferred but not essential.
