Here at First Recruitment Services we are currently looking for a German speaking administrator to work for a client of ours who are based in central Brighton.
You will be required to carry out a number of responsibilities and you will primarily be supporting the VAT compliance team. You will have duties such as...
* Supporting the VAT office staff when required with administrative duties such as preparing documents, data entry, scanning documents, etc..
* Using Excel to create databases and to put together information for the VAT compliance team.
* Monitoring levels of stationary across the office.
* Dealing with telephone calls and emails that come through to the team.
This is a temporary, ongoing position with an immediate start available. You must have strong administration skills and well as having a strong knowledge of Excel.
