We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Client Credit Specialist for our client, American Express, based in Brighton.
The position is primarily responsible for superior enhanced Risk services to our Commercial Client and Business Travel Account base.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake tasks including Credit / Risk decisioning with regard to client dunning, financial reviews and spend enablement.
Responsibilities also include the daily review of clients accounts, individual commercial products and ensuring positive collection based on our risk principles.
These will need to be executed with the highest levels of professionalism & service that maintains the brand whilst protecting shareholder losses.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to demonstrate analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Good relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of credit functionalities is preferable but can be trained.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word. PowerPoint.
• Language skills – Dutch and/or English speaker
