Job Description

New Business Executive £21K (40K OTE) Brighton Permanent In this role you will be responsible for generating sales appointments across the entire portfolio of solutions. Building excellent relationships with future prospects and detailed qualification for leads that meet criteria. Key Duties - Generating interest with new business prospects along with existing customers - Telephone based with some cold calling to predominantly small to medium businesses to qualify them on their mobile, fixed line and call charges requirements - Analysis of the customers` needs and pre-selling the solution - Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT and telephone systems - Making outbound telephone calls, taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management and pipeline management - Delivery of KPI and targets to include volume and profit - Cleansing of data on the company`s database - Working in a target driven, fast paced environment - Complying to standards by following a scripted sales pitch and proven sales process - Achieving realistic monthly targets measured against the number of leads and size of opportunity in line with business priorities - Creating opportunities from leads - Handling objections whilst maintaining and building customer rapport - Working in a fast paced environment and meeting set monthly targets and KPI`s Skills - Strong sales ability - Accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Adaptability and initiative - Must be aware of market trends that will have an impact on the company and offerings to clients - Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills - verbal and written - Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability and initiative - Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload - A pro-active approach - Strong systems skills (ability to use the Microsoft packages is a must) - Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of both the Lead Generation team and organisational objectives
