Job Description

Our client based in Brighton is looking for an experienced Administrator to start as soon as possible to support a small clinical team. Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700 hrs The main duties of this role are: * Coordination and maintenance of diaries/appointments for all clinical staff * Assist Office Manager/Senior Occupational Health Advisor in production of Occupational health monthly reports and statistics * Assist Office Manager/ Senior Occupational Health Advisor in auditing * Produce documents for the management team on an ad hoc basis * Reception duties * Use of multiple databases and internet systems for recording of stats Essential Skills * Excellent admin skills - excellent PC and software skills * Ability to use OH database * Compilation of spreadsheets * Excellent communication skills both written and oral * Flexible and professional * Able to prioritise * Able to work autonomously and as part of a team We endeavour to respond to all applications; however, due to the large volume this isn’t always possible.
