Job Title: Administrator/PA
Salary: £9.00-£10 per hour, depending on experience
Temporary, part time, 22 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday (hours can be flexible)
Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit an Administrator/PA to help support two Social Workers. This is a great role with flexible hours.
* Provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service
* Answer enquiries, take down referral information accurately and collate information from referrals and assessments
* Manage ones own workload and adhere to specific deadlines.
* Sympathetic and sensitive to client confidentiality whilst dealing with very difficult situations.
* Support the Social worker in all daily duties as required.
* Knowledge and experience of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Case Management systems, Internet
* Experience of managing and updating a data base or workbook
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience of diary management, organising meetings and recording accurate minutes
* Work on own initiative and manage your own workload and diary.
* Hold 2 years administration experience.
