Job Description

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 20 week refurbishment project in Brighton. The project is a refurbishment within a live school with works including internal alterations, small extension and external ramp works.

The Candidate – must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified and an ENHANCED DBS.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate to start on the 12th April.
