£30,000 Per Annum + Car allowance (£55k OTE)

We are Search, one of the largest specialist recruitment agencies in the UK with significant backing from PE Partners, H2. We are now looking to expand our well-established Construction team in Brighton and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us.

Our Construction division has been operating in the UK for over 35 years, and we have recently launched our operations in North America. By joining our Construction team, you'll be part of a team of experienced Construction Recruiters who collectively hold over 50 years of experience.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships while also nurturing new ones to help progress your career and benefit from our lucrative commission structure!

Who are we looking for?
– Previous experience in recruitment, it would be desirable with a construction background.
