Key Responsibilities: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team.   This will include any of the following activities: Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to execute a territory sales plan. Research, identify, and contact key decision makers at target accounts in assigned territory. Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with prospects. Respond to demo requests and other inbound leads. Qualify potential opportunities. Effectively communicate Brandwatch product and industry knowledge. Maintain accurate records and reporting in Salesforce.com. Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance metrics. Partner with the Demand Generation teams to align with our customer centric culture. Successful SDRs possess the following attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Drive, coachability, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly. Motivation to improve their own skills and help drive team success. Ability to convey passion/enthusiasm for our platform. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year of full-time work in a professional setting. Experience in a customer or prospective customer facing role. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of SaaS or Technology experience Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach or other CRM tools. Experience working with social media and analytics software. We’re looking for a Linux systems engineer for our capacity engineering department. As a member of our team, you'd help us provision, maintain and automate a substantial chunk of hardware across multiple data centres, ensuring that our colleagues have a stable pool of resources to use for our amazing analytics platform. You'd be responsible for performing first-line troubleshooting and optimization, monitoring systems to proactively stop problems in their tracks, and generally building the glue that holds various services together - or sharing your knowledge with other teams to help them get the job done. We’ve also got exciting things planned for the future, and if you’d like to get in on the ground floor, we’d like your help! Architecting solutions in the cloud (AWS and GCP), implementing things like on-premise Kubernetes, and who knows what else. To hit the ground running, you’d need these core skills: A solid Linux skillset (we use Debian, but we’re not fussy) A good understanding of server hardware, and how to troubleshoot it Knowledge of some flavour of configuration management (preferably Puppet) Reasonable networking knowledge If you also had one or more of these, so much the better: Some kind of scripting language (Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.) Virsh / KVM Sensu PostgreSQL And just for good measure, here’s a brief sampling of some of the (many) other technologies in use across our platform, just waiting for the right person to get involved: Foreman (  https://www.theforeman.org/  ) PowerDNS LetsEncrypt Logstash / ELK / Kibana Openstack Ceph Solr Kafka HBase If any of this piques your interest, and you’d like to work with similarly smart and motivated people who share your passions, then we definitely want to hear from you!
